I would be lost without my favorite cook books! While I love to cook, I’m not very good at coming up with original recipes. Â I’d much rather look through a book full of beautiful pictures and choose one that looks good. I know it’s tested and tried and it usually tastes as great as it looked in the book!
These days, I’m focusing on making meals that are all clean eating and support my weight loss and lifestyle changes (see my Journey to a New Me). They’re made with real foods and are so good for you. I like to choose a few meals, double or triple the recipes, and then eat off of them all week long for lunches and dinners (when I don’t have time to make something new). This saves me tons of time in the kitchen, but allows me to still have great choices on hand. Below are 5 cook books that I use every day that I couldn’t live without.
